Monti — Italian for mountains. The feeling of coming in from the cold.
Rivo Monti began with a simple observation: the loveliest moment of any evening is the one where the light goes warm. The lamp clicks on, the scent drifts over, and a house quietly becomes a home.
We also noticed what interrupts that moment — the worry of a flame left burning, the soot on the jar, a favourite candle gone too soon. So we set out to craft a better way to enjoy the candles people already love: pure, flameless light that releases fragrance gently from above. No smoke. No soot. A candle that lasts months instead of weeks.
The name is a nod to the mountains — to crisp air outside and glowing warmth within. It's the feeling we design for: coming in from the cold to a room that smells like home.
Our first collection of candle warming lamps arrives this autumn — considered objects, made carefully, designed to be the warmest light in the room.
