Rivo Monti is a brand of Chiltern FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. When we say "we" on this page, that's who we mean. You can reach us anytime at hello@rivomonti.com.
If you join the Warm List or use our contact form, we collect what you give us: your email address, and — on the contact form — your name and message. That's it. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't buy data about you.
Your email is used to send you the occasional Rivo Monti letter — launches, care tips, and the like — and to reply when you write to us. We never sell or rent your details, and we don't share them with anyone except the services that make this site work (our forms are processed by Netlify, and our email runs on Google Workspace).
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and it works the first time. You can also just reply "unsubscribe" and a human will remove you. If you'd like everything we hold about you deleted, email hello@rivomonti.com and we'll confirm once it's done.
